This Privacy Policy explains how Bucky Mint collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes personal information of parents, guardians, and child profiles using the platform.

Children should never share personal contact information inside the app.

Children cannot access parent-only sections.

Parents can access and manage child profiles.

Bucky Mint does not currently process payments or in-app purchases.

If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those services become available.

14. Camera Access

Bucky Mint may request access to your device's camera solely to allow children to capture proof photos for parent-approved tasks.

Camera access is optional and is only requested when a user chooses to take a photo as part of a task submission. Bucky Mint does not access the camera in the background or without user interaction.

If camera permission is not granted, users may still choose an existing image from their device's photo library (where supported).

15. Photo Uploads & Storage

Photos and Task Proof

Parents may choose to require photo proof for selected tasks.

When a child submits a task requiring proof, the child may upload a photo using the device camera or photo library.

These proof photos are:

  • securely stored in a private cloud storage environment;

  • accessible only to the parent(s) associated with that family account;

  • never made publicly available;

  • never shared with advertisers or third parties;

  • used solely for verifying completed tasks within the Bucky Mint app.

Photos are transmitted using encrypted connections and stored securely.​

16. Referral Links

If you open Bucky Mint using a referral link, we may record limited technical information, such as a hashed device/browser signature and approximate country, solely to measure referral performance and prevent abuse.

This information:

  • cannot be used to identify you personally;

  • is never sold;

  • is never used for advertising;

  • is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

17. Children's Privacy
Bucky Mint is designed for families. Parents create and manage all child profiles. Children cannot independently register, create accounts, or provide their own email addresses.

Children cannot create independent Bucky Mint accounts.

All child profiles are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Children do not provide their own email address or create standalone login credentials.

18. Data Deletion

When an account deletion request is completed, we permanently delete:

  • Parent account information

  • Child profiles

  • Tasks

  • Virtual Digital Mint history

  • Virtual Digital Wealth records

  • Loan history

  • Uploaded proof photos

  • Other associated personal information

Certain information may be retained where required by law or to resolve security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
