Welcome to Bucky Mint, a product of Infinoo, based in Mumbai, India.
Bucky Mint is a parent-controlled habit-building and financial literacy platform designed to help children learn responsibility, rewards, savings, and money management in a safe family environment.

By accessing, registering for, or using Bucky Mint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility:
Parent Accounts: To use Bucky Mint as a parent or guardian, you must:• Be at least 18 years old• Have legal authority to supervise the child profile(s) created• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
Child Accounts: Children aged 3 years and above may use Bucky Mint only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Children cannot independently create accounts or purchase subscriptions.

2. Nature of Service: Bucky Mint helps families:• Build healthy habits• Reward positive behavior• Improve financial literacy• Track rewards and savings
Bucky Mint is not:• A bank• A lending institution• A payment gateway• An investment platform• A financial advisory service

3. Parent Responsibility: Parents and guardians are fully responsible for:• Creating and managing child profiles• Assigning tasks• Setting reward values• Approving task completion• Managing Mint conversion values• Supervising child access to the app

Infinoo is not responsible for family-level decisions made inside or outside the platform.

4. Mints: Mints are virtual reward units inside Bucky Mint. Mints:• Are not real money• Are not legal tender• Cannot be traded publicly• Do not represent stored financial value. Mints are designed purely for:• Motivation•Gamification• Reward tracking• Financial learning

5. Mint Conversion & Bucky Wealth: Parents may optionally assign monetary value to Mints. Example:10 Mints = ₹100 Any conversion of Mints into actual money happens directly between parent and child.

Infinoo does not:• Hold user money• Transfer money• Process family payments• Guarantee monetary conversions. Mint balances and Bucky Wealth values cannot go below zero.

6. Piggy Loan: The Piggy Loan feature is a gamified family reward mechanism. It allows parents to record reward advances given to children. Piggy Loan is not:• A financial loan• Regulated credit• Lending by Infinoo
Any money exchanged under Piggy Loan is handled directly between parent and child. Infinoo has no role in these financial arrangements.

7. Pro Subscription: Bucky Mint may offer premium features under Pro Subscription plans. Subscription plans may include:• Monthly billing• Annual billing
Premium features may include:• Advanced analytics• Wealth tracking• Premium financial tools• Enhanced insights. Pricing may change from time to time.

8. Billing & Payments: Paid subscriptions may be processed through:• App Store• Google Play Store• Third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize applicable payment charges. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.

9. Refund Policy: Users may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchasing a subscription. Refund requests may be denied in cases involving:• Fraud• Abuse• Charge manipulation• Policy violations. 10. Acceptable Use: Users may not:• Abuse the platform• Attempt unauthorized access• Exploit bugs• Upload harmful or illegal content• Misuse subscriptions
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

11. Intellectual Property: All content within Bucky Mint including:• Branding• Logos• Designs• Software• Graphics• UI elements belongs to Infinoo unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability: Bucky Mint is provided on an “as is” basis. Infinoo is not liable for:• Service interruptions• Family disputes• Financial disagreements between parent and child• Indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

13. Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of Bucky Mint constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
