About Deleting Your Bucky Mint Account
At Bucky Mint, we respect your privacy and your right to control your information.
You may delete your account at any time.
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)
Open Bucky Mint.
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2 — Email Request
Email: info@infinoo.com
Subject: Delete Account
Please include:

Registered email address

Parent name
-
Confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account
What Information Will Be Deleted?
Upon successful deletion request, we permanently delete:

Parent profile
-
Child profiles
-
Tasks
-
Task history
-
Digital Mint balance
-
Digital Wealth balance
-
Account statements
-
Profile preferences
-
Avatars
-
Associated account information
What Information May Be Retained?
We may retain limited information where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Records required to comply with legal obligations.

Fraud prevention and security records.

Server logs retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
We do not retain your personal profile for marketing purposes after account deletion.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are normally completed within 3–4 business days.
Some backup systems may require up to 30 days before all deleted information is permanently removed.
